At Annuity Recovery Group, LLC, we recognize the vital role that Judges, Independent Professional Advisors (IPAs), and legal counsel play in ensuring that structured settlement annuity transfers are fair, lawful, and serve the best interests of the Payee.
Our role is not to replace your expertise—but to enhance the clarity, transparency, and value assessment of the transactions that come before you. As an independent consulting firm, we offer case-by-case support that is always client-initiated, fully compliant, and designed to reinforce the integrity of the process.
We do not solicit Judges, IPAs, or attorneys. Our engagement is always driven by the Payee’s request and our involvement begins only when the individual selling their payments requests our assistance. At that point, we may provide context, valuation insight, and case-specific documentation upon request or court direction.
Independent Value Assessment
We specialize in reviewing structured settlement offers and identifying where purchase prices fall below market value. Our evaluations provide supplemental clarity—particularly when disclosures are confusing, incomplete, or when significant price gaps exist between value and payout.
Consulting with Context
Our team brings extensive real-world experience in structured settlement transfers. We understand how factoring companies structure profit margins, and we recognize when deals present red flags or pricing discrepancies that merit closer review. Our insight is drawn from real negotiations, not theoretical models.
Support Without Interference
We do not represent buyers, and we do not receive commissions from purchasing companies. Our role is strictly limited to consulting with and advocating for Payees who have already signed a purchase agreement and are seeking clarity, improvement, or protection.
When appropriate, we may provide written summaries of the economic fairness of an offer, the comparative market value of the payments, or the context surrounding buyer behavior. These reports are tailored, non-legal, and presented in a format that complements the review process for Judges, IPAs, or attorneys.
We assist in identifying deal terms that may not align with the Payee’s best interest—whether that’s an artificially suppressed purchase price, missing contractual language, or vague disclosures. We help clients understand what they are agreeing to and ensure they are not being misled about the true value of their payments.
Our work is built on credibility and clean documentation. We never interfere with court timelines, we don’t obstruct buyer contracts, and we fully respect the decision-making authority of all parties involved in the judicial or advisory review process.
We simply believe Payees deserve to know if their deal is priced fairly—and if it isn’t, we take action behind the scenes to help correct that, without burdening the court.
With heavy caseloads and limited time, Judges and legal advisors often benefit from clear, third-party summaries that highlight what’s working—and what isn’t—in a proposed transaction. That’s where we come in. Our team conducts prompt evaluations, provides well-organized reports, and opens the door to higher offers, often without delaying the hearing date.
Annuity Recovery Group exists to ensure that Payees don’t unknowingly surrender thousands of dollars in value due to opaque pricing or one-sided negotiations.
We remain respectful of the legal process, cooperative with attorneys and IPAs, and deeply committed to protecting the individuals we’re asked to support.
